We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, and images accurately. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on the customer's device settings.
3. Orders
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been sent.
N.3.0 Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or other legitimate reasons.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in the currency shown at checkout.
Prices may be modified at any time without notice. However, products will be charged at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Applicable taxes will be calculated according to the customer's location and displayed during checkout where required.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the website.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Standard products are generally processed within 5 business days.
Custom-made jackets require approximately 30 business days for production before shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)
Consumers located within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must contact N.3.0 Apparel by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
8. Exception for Custom-Made Products
Pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
As a result, custom-made jackets and other personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or legal warranty claim.
9. Returns and Refunds
For eligible products, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds may be refused if products show signs of use, damage, alteration, or are returned incomplete.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable except where required by applicable law.
10. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at n.3.0.apparel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Photographic evidence may be requested.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, N.3.0 Apparel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Intellectual Property
